Minimum deposit
There are two thresholds, and people often mix them up. The cashier minimum is the lowest amount a method accepts; it is shown next to each method when you log in, and we do not quote it here. The promo minimum is the lowest deposit that triggers a bonus, written in the promotion's terms. When the promo minimum is higher, a deposit between the two lands as cash with no bonus attached — and usually cannot be converted into a bonus afterwards.
The promo code comes before the payment
Many promotions need a code or a tick-box on the deposit screen. Enter it before you confirm the payment. Most terms say a bonus cannot be added to a deposit that has already been made, and support is generally not obliged to fix it after the fact. A worked example: is the bonus worth taking?
Say you deposit Rp300,000 and a promo adds 100% as a bonus, Rp300,000, with wagering of x25 on the bonus only. You must place Rp7,500,000 in bets on counting games before the bonus turns into withdrawable cash. If the same x25 applied to deposit plus bonus, the target would be Rp15,000,000 — twice as much. On slots that contribute 100% that turnover is reachable; on table games that contribute less at many casinos, it grows further.
