2. Who we are
casinoarya88.com is an independent review and guide site about the Arya88 platform. We are not a casino and not an operator: we take no bets, hold no funds, create no player accounts and have no influence over an operator's decisions on anyone's account, bonus or withdrawal.
3. Information only
Everything written here is informational and educational, above all about reading bonus terms: turnover, game contribution, maximum bet rules and validity periods. 5. The law in Indonesia and the reader's responsibility
In Indonesia every form of gambling, online gambling included, is prohibited, and there is no regulator issuing permits. The legal basis includes Articles 303 and 303 bis of the old Criminal Code, Articles 426 and 427 of the new Criminal Code (Law 1/2023), which sets up to 3 years in prison or a fine of up to Rp50 million for players, and the ITE Law (Law 1/2024), Article 27(2) in conjunction with Article 45(3), on distributing gambling content. Operator terms of service: what to read before a deposit
The terms above govern your relationship with this review site.
