Sports Bet Types: Singles, Accumulators and Systems
Single bets
A single is one selection on one slip, and the maths is as simple as it gets: stake multiplied by the decimal odds. Rp50,000 at 2.10 returns Rp105,000 if it wins, a profit of Rp55,000. Only one outcome has to be right, which makes singles the easiest bet to control and the easiest to keep a record of.
Accumulators (parlays)
An accumulator combines selections from different events on one slip and multiplies their odds. Rp20,000 on three selections at 1.80, 2.00 and 2.50 gives combined odds of 9.00 and a return of Rp180,000 if all three win. One wrong selection and the whole slip loses. If one leg is voided or pushes on the line, the usual rule treats it as odds of 1.00, so the combined price drops but the slip stays alive — check the operator's accumulator rules.
System bets
A system bet splits several selections into many smaller combinations. A "2 from 3" system is three doubles. With odds of 1.80, 2.00 and 2.50 and Rp10,000 per line (Rp30,000 in total), the doubles are priced 3.60, 4.50 and 5.00. If all three selections win, the return is Rp131,000. If the 2.50 selection loses, only the 1.80 × 2.00 double survives and returns Rp36,000. Two named systems you will meet: a Trixie (3 selections, 4 bets: 3 doubles and 1 treble) and a Yankee (4 selections, 11 bets: 6 doubles, 4 trebles and 1 four-fold).
Handicaps and over/under
A handicap gives one side a head start or a deficit so both outcomes are closer to even, while over/under looks only at the total of goals, points or games. A half line such as 2.5 cannot push; a whole line such as 2 can push and refund the stake; a quarter line splits the stake into two halves settled on neighbouring lines.
How bonus wagering treats each bet type
This is where the bet type feeds straight into a bonus. Typical practice in sports promotions looks like this:
- Singles count if the price is at or above the minimum odds.
- Accumulators often need a minimum number of selections, with a minimum price per selection rather than only on the combined odds.
- System bets are sometimes excluded altogether.
- Cashed-out, voided and pushed bets usually do not count.
Example: a Rp1,000,000 wagering target with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. A Rp50,000 acca of 1.80, 2.00 and 2.50 counts as Rp50,000. A Rp50,000 acca of 1.20 × 1.25 × 1.30 (combined 1.95) does not count, because every leg is below 1.50. A Rp30,000 "2 from 3" system could count for nothing if systems are excluded.

Choosing a format
Singles suit anyone who wants measurable results. Accumulators promise a large payout at a small chance. Systems buy a little protection at the cost of more bets on the slip.
